Mission
Our mission is to introduce, educate and prepare youth and young adults for career entry into STEM related fields within the Construction Industry.

Founded
TCMG was founded in 2012.

What We Do
The Compliance Mentor Group or TCMG is a WBE, MBE and DBE firm that specializes in strategic workforce development programs and construction compliance monitoring services within the Architecture Engineer Construction (AEC) Industry.

Collaborative Partnerships
Through effective partnerships and a collaborative team platform, TCMG's program services have directly improved workforce compliance numbers and increased access and equitable opportunities for local youth, residents, minorities and women interested in AEC career pathways.

Compliance Services
TCMG provides third-party workforce compliance services on construction projects that follow federal, state and local diversity and inclusion goals. Providing clients with a  comprehensive implementation strategy that maximizes and validates a project teams compliance efforts in realizing the goals of diversity.

Workforce Programs
Our authentic work-based learning models allow the collective project team of trade-craft professionals, owners, design and construction management team members the  ability to participate in mentorship programming that recruits a diversity of talent from community technical, STEM and comprehensive schools, introducing students to AEC careers.

Governed By
Board of Advisors. Our volunteer leadership consists of 13 business and community leaders from across the United States. Board members serve without pay; each board member pays his/her own expenses to attend semi-annual meetings and committee meetings.
