Bridging the Age Workforce Gap

OWNERS AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS OF THE AEC INDUSTRY

Are your project contractors having difficulty hiring local residents, minorities, females and apprentices to meet compliance goals?

Would you rather hire someone you know with niche skills and proven ability than blindly hire a new employee?

Are you able to demonstrate "best faith efforts" to compliance agencies when there are labor shortages in many construction vocations?

How do you report up to your client when there is a high impracticality of your project complying with the Boston Resident Job Policy?

Are you starting to the feel the impacts of the aging workforce; will it squelch the industry's economic prosperity?

Does your HR department struggle with identifying, retaining and creating company loyalty with the next generation of industry talent?

If you are struggling to answer these questions,
The Compliance Mentor Group can provide your project teams with a comprehensive, professional and accountable workforce development solution.
TCMG Overview
The CMP is a structured three-phased 11 month mentorship program for Boston area career and technical school students.  Through group learning, job shadowing and mentoring experiences, students become acclimated to a project site and familiar with the project based team members who serve as mentors during planned monthly site visits.  Over 1000 youth-adult mentorship hours are accumulated between AEC project mentors and aspiring young adults.
