The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is one of the largest and most accomplished non-profit development corporations in the United States. Its mission is to build and sustain strong communities where people of all incomes can achieve their full potential. TCB has a 49-year track record of planning, developing, and managing high-quality affordable housing; and manages almost 9,000 units at over 100 properties in 14 states.

Harvard Business School
Founded in 1908, with over 78,000 alumni in 167 countries, Harvard Business School’s mission is to educate leaders who make a difference in the world. HBS campus is located in the Allston / Brighton neighborhoods of Boston. HBS is also one of the largest real estate developers in the community with over 35 building with 1.7 million gross square feet.

MassDOT/ MBTA
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is a merger of the Executive Office of Transportation and Public Works (EOT) and its divisions with the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority (MTA), the Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD), the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV), the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission (MAC), and the Tobin Bridge, currently owned and operated by the Massachusetts Port Authority (MPA). In addition, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) and Regional Transit Authorities (RTA) are subject to oversight by the new organization.

The organization also assumed responsibility for many of the bridges and parkways currently operated by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR).
