Kevin Noval

Kevin Noval
Information Technology Director, Bond Brothers

Kevin has been in the construction industry for 28 years, working for two of New England’s most prominent construction management companies: William A. Berry & Son, Inc. and Bond Brothers. He holds a bachelor of science in economics and finance from Bentley College and a master of business administration from Northeastern University with concentration in entrepreneurial and small business.

Kevin’s 20-year tenure at Berry began as a senior cost analyst in the finance department. In this role, Kevin was responsible for setting-up and maintaining job costs systems, performing budget analysis, preparing financial reports, and developing and refining company policies concerning office and accounting procedures and guidelines.

Kevin later leveraged his computer savvy and inherent aptitude to learn new things to create an IT and technology position at Berry. He grew from overseeing computer networks and providing application and operating system support to network planning, development, implementation, trouble shooting and maintenance. Ultimately Kevin became responsible for researching new technologies and incorporating next-generation cutting-edge software into daily operations. This made him a key player in aligning both Berry and Bond Brothers’ technology with their strategic missions.

Kevin is also dedicated to his community. Kevin was a founding board member of the Berry Fund, the charitable wing of Berry which donated over $1M during his tenure. Kevin also just completed a 5-year service on the board of directors to establish the CSL foundation, an organization dedicated to helping children and teenagers with health and wellness issues.

When he isn’t working, Kevin pursues another passion: traveling. Kevin is a world traveler, having travelled to four continents. Kevin takes advantage of the local culture by seeing the terrain on bike and isn’t afraid to sample local cuisine! Kevin’s favorite trips have been to Uruguay, Croatia and Belize.

TCMG is excited to have Kevin as a member of our board.
