Christina Carico brings 15 years of higher education experience and seven years of construction and organizational development experience to the board. Christina worked at a wide range of colleges, including Framingham State College, the New England Conservatory, Dartmouth College and Wentworth Institute of Technology, and served as an adjunct faculty member at both Northeastern University and Lesley College.

She has enjoyed impacting students’ lives by helping them develop leadership skills, counseling them through transitions, and assisting them with career guidance. After working in higher education, Christina joined William A. Berry & Son, Inc., first as Director of Special Projects working directly for the CEO to implement projects and events that carried out the leadership’s strategic vision, then as Director of Organizational Development and eventually as Chief of Staff.

Christina is currently completing her master of education in special education at Lesley University and will begin teaching in the fall of 2012. Committed to making a difference in the lives of young people, she looks forward to working with special needs students, their parents and her fellow teachers.
